Pam takes the time to talk to you about your grooming preferences. This ensures that you and your dog’s grooming needs are met. Among the things to consider when selecting a grooming style are, breed, age, the health of your pet and of course, your lifestyle.

Only the highest quality shampoos are used and are chosen specifically for your dog’s needs depending on coat and skin condition.

You are never charged extra for “special” shampoos, cream rinses or conditioners.

A state-of-the-art bathing system called a hydro-surge system is used. Dogs find it very relaxing and we find that it is the best tool for getting your dog really clean.

A thorough groom requires that attention is given to every inch of your dog’s body.  Anything that seems out of the ordinary, is discussed with you, upon your return.

Regular bathing and grooming is essential for having a healthy & happy pet.
